This rare original Arai helmet was made for and used by Nigel Mansell while piloting the Williams FW14 during the Mexican (2nd place) and Canadian GP (Pole and 6th).

The vintage helmet has the radio connection to the side and build date ‘91-6’ within. It shows good signs of use by the World Champion. This was gifted in period by Nigel to Richard Tibber, the head of sponsor ‘Zeon’, and has a letter to that effect.  (xxK54Ux)

This is a rare original 3.5L V-12 engine from the one of the prettiest Ferrari F1 cars ever built, the John Barnard designed Type 640 driven by Nigel Mansell and Gerhard Berger. A similar car currently sits at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) in New York.

This vintage motor is externally complete, but as with all engines released from the Ferrari Factory, it is missing electronics and some internal components, and is strictly meant for display.

This rare original Arai helmet was made for and used by Nigel Mansell in his first World Championship season in the Williams FW14b Renault. It was worn for several races including the 1992 British GP at Silverstone, which he won, and later at the Hungarian GP. Hungary was a very significant  race for Nigel, as he finished 2nd place behind Senna but the points from this podium finish clinched the Championship for him. The helmet has the metal breather tube to the left side and has been signed and dated to the rear in black marker.

Original Mansell items are notoriously difficult to source, especially from his WC season, and this is easily one of the most important ones from his F1 career.
