This is the rarest and most desirable Porsche poster from the 1970s. It shows Steve McQueen with the Porsche 908 and lists 3 victories from 1970 including Sebring 12 hr., Holtville & Phoenix. The vintage original poster measures 30×40″ / 76×102 cm and was in average condition when discovered, but restored and linen mounted so it looks fabulous again.

These are always tough to find, in any condition, but what makes this one super special is that it has been autographed My Best from Steve McQueen  in bold black marker.

It was printed in Germany in May of 1970, and is of course accompanied by our lifetime certificate.

This rare original factory poster celebrates Porsche’s new Sportomatic transmission reliability and the winning of the epic 84 Hour Endurance “Marathon du la Route” race at Nürburgring from Aug 22-24. The event – dubbed the “World’s Longest Race” – was won by Hans Herrman, Jochen Neerpasch, and Vic Elford driving a 911R equipped with the new Sportomatic semi-automatic transmission.
