This historic show saw the launch of landmark vehicles such as the Maserati – A6G/54 Allemano – A6G 2000 Berlinetta Frua & A6G 2000 Zagato (s/n 2107) and Citroen DS19. Ferrari brought the 250 GT Europa s/n 0405GT and 375 America (with the engine of the soon-to-be-launched 410 Superamerica). Several motorcycles were also launched at this show.

This lovely rare large format original French poster features fresh bright colors, with artwork by Paul Fromentier. It has been linen mounted and is in excellent condition, measuring about 4 feet tall  (30.5 x 46″ / 77 x 116 cm)

This vintage original poster was published by Yacco Oil featuring artwork by Geo Ham of the Citroen DS 19 that won the rally in Monaco. It measures 24×32″ / 61x81cm and has been professionally linen mounted and is in very fine condition.

This large vintage original poster measures over 3 feet tall (23×38″ / 58x97cm) and is in very good condition for its age. The original fold lines have been minimized with professional linen mounting.

This Citroen 8CV was nicknamed Petite Rosalie  and was specially prepared for the record attempt to prove the reliability of the new 8CV model. The car ran for 133 days and nights, and only stopped when it had covered over 186,000 miles (300,000km). This incredible total — 120,000 laps at an average speed of 58mph (93kph) brought Citroën enormous publicity. The car also broke or established 300 other records.
