This is the entire original carbon fiber cowl from an F310B driven by Michael Schumacher during the 1997 F1 World Championship.

The bodywork measures 57 x 65 x 36″ / 145cm x 165 x 91cm and is relatively light. It has an attached inner frame (easily removable and non-damaging) making it simple to hang or display.  Inside are the Ferrari chassis code stickers as well as the serial number ‘174’ which designates it as the car Schumacher drove at the Australian GP to Qualify 3rd and finish 2nd.

In 2017, Ferrari F2001 s/n 211 sold for US$7.5M and in 2022, F2003-GA s/n 229 sold for $15M. Chances are these uber pricey complete cars will not be run, rather just displayed in a garage or museum. This original body section gives you the chance to have a similar showpiece for your collection, but at a tiny fraction of the price. Only 9 original F310Bs were built in 1997!

This original Ferrari F1 wheel display was used by Bridgestone Motorsport to showcase their products. The custom display stand holds one front unused BBS F1 alloy rim mounted on a Bridgestone Potenza dry weather grooved tire. This is the very same setup that was used by the Ferrari F1 team on Michael Schumacher’s Championship F2001 car. The tire even has an FiA scrutineering sticker on it.

This huge nearly 4 foot long  (45″ / 113cm) and 55lb / 25kg one of a kind resin and metal replica of chassis #1040 was painstakingly handcrafted in Switzerland for a previous owner of the actual car. The tubular steel frame was measured and made to the correct scale – and the suspension, struts, radiator, oil hoses and exhaust systems all correspond to the original car as well. Even the countless scale rivets on the body were placed in the correct positions and in the same numbers. Both the doors hinge open in the authentic manner and the engine bay has a prop to keep it open and show off the magnificent detail within.

Only one of these masterpieces has been built over the course of nearly a year. It comes with a photo album that details each stage of the scratch build from inception. (Dimensions – 44.5 x 20 x 10.5″ / 113 x 50 x 26 cm)

This is a rare original part for display – the very distinctive carbon fiber front end from McLaren F1 GTR chassis 06R, the car that raced in Harrods  livery during the 1995 & 1996 BPR seasons including Le Mans and the 4H of Silverstone.  The large bonnet measures 191x152x50 cm / 75x60x20″ and is in very good ‘raced’ condition.

History –

McLaren F1 GTR chassis #06R was campaigned successfully throughout the 1995 and 1996 seasons with Mach One Racing, and is one of the longest serving examples of the McLaren F1 GTR in competition. The Harrods-sponsored #51 was famously one of seven McLaren F1 GTRs to compete at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1995, and was driven to the final podium position by multiple Le Mans race winner Derek Bell, his son Justin, and Andy Wallace. After this result, the team went on to win the final three races of the BPR Championship.

The following year, the team enjoyed another strong campaign. Oliver Grouillard joined Derek Bell and Andy Wallace in the line-up for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and finished a commendable sixth. The team also claimed a win at Silverstone in the Global GT Endurance championship.

This rare original helmet was worn two years in a row by the German superstar. Mass first wore it in 1988 Le Mans in the Sauber C9 where it had a ‘LUI/Michelin’ branded visor and Michelin stickers to the lower sides. It was then used the following year with a new ‘LUI’ sponsored visor and no Michelin branding stickers anywhere, in the Sauber C9 Mercedes that won the event. This helmet shows great signs of wear and still bears the ACO scrutineering sticker to the rear, as well as the radio system. Mass has signed and inscribed it in on the left side of the crown in German though this has faded over the years.

This vintage Larin  clock was made in Germany in the 1930s especially for Enzo Ferrari. It hung in his home office and was later transferred to his office at the new Factory when it was built. The clock’s outstanding feature is its self-winding battery mechanism: Enzo Ferrari did not want to waste time winding it up himself and also didn’t want anyone else coming into his office to do it. This special clock can be seen in the background in various interviews with famous racing drivers and personalities.

• It measures 27cm / 11″ in diameter and is accompanied by a letter from the man who received it prior to auctioning it off for charity in Modena.
