1950 – 1977 French GP at Rouen track record plaque set
On offer is a serious piece of A.C.O. and F1 history!
This is a complete original set of painted wooden plaques from the main office at Rouen, France. Every year from 1950 – 1977 the fastest lap / track record from each F1 or F2 event held there was posted on a hand painted wooden plaque and hung behind the main office desk. We have the complete set of 27 original commemorative plaques which show every car and driver and their speed, each year. The large heavy plaques are both oval and rectangular, and measure 16″ / 41 cm tall and weigh about 8 lbs each.
