1954 – 1963 Mercedes 300SL tool kits.
On offer here are a pair of complete original tool kits for the 300 SL Gullwing & 300SL Roadster, necessary for showing with your car at concours.
These two kits are absolutely complete and original except for the leatherette bags, which are modern repros, and some of the smaller M-B paper packages.
These are available separately –
- The larger kit with white interior has been refinished to ‘show quality’
- The smaller kit with tan interior has tools that still retain some of the patina.
Both kits came from the ex-president of the 300SL Gullwing Club of America and are of course valid at concours.
