1997 – 2000 Koenigsegg CC press release info
These pages date from the very early days of the Swedish supercar company, prior to production vehicles being available for purchase.
- One four page release details the timeline of the development of the company and car and includes press quotes and technical data on the car (including the power being provided by a essentially a detuned Motori Moderni F1 engine).
- The second press release (circa 2000) details testing in Volvo’s wind tunnel, showing in Paris, and planned breaking of the 400km/h speed barrier.
- The last six page release is a copy of Apr/May 1997 edition of Sports Car Internationals article on the CC prototype.
These 8.5 x 12″ English language releases provide a wonderful glimpse in to the early days of the company, the car, and its visionary founder. (AL20M)
