This rare original styling model of the very first Countach – the LP 500 Prototipo – was crafted by Centro Stile Bertone. The large Marcello Gandini styled painted resin masterpiece measures about 3 feet long  (35″ / 90cm) and weighs about 17 lbs / 8 kg. One reference photo below shows the model in storage at the famous coachbuilders premises in Turin.

This rare original styling model was crafted by Centro Stile Bertone. The plaster cast model is very unique – it was made as a pre-cursor to the typical larger scale resin styling models. It measures about 9.5″ / 24cm long and is quite heavy, and the body still retains some of the rough unfinished lines from continual work.
