Mounted on the base is a Goodyear Eagle racing slick tire section and a 1/43rd scale replica of Bill’s Budweiser sponsored Ford Thunderbird. The wood base has a plaque that is signed by race winner Bill Elliott in blue sharpie. Another plaque to the front reads Driven to Victory Atlanta Hooters 500 November 15, 1992  and the award measures 6.5 x 5.5 x 6″.
