Bernd Rosemeyer in the Auto-Union C-Type Streamliner aggressively pursues the lead of Rudolf Caracciola in his Mercedes W25 Streamliner at the AVUS. Caracciola won the race but it was Rosemeyer’s 4:11.2 lap time at an average speed of 276.39 kph that made the history books, a record that remained unbroken for 34 years.

These are beautifully rendered digital prints in richly colored inks on a textured stock. It is part of a limited edition of 80 unframed high quality paper prints measuring 3.5 feet wide. (43×19″ / 109x48cm)

This is a large original oil painting of the 1937 Grand Prix at Donington where Bernd Rosemeyer won his last race in the Auto Union C-Type. Other ‘silver arrows’ include Manfred Von Brauchitsch in the Mercedes W125.

The vibrant painting is stretched over a wooden frame and ready to display. (30×36″ / 76x91cm)

This is a limited edition six color print of Tazio Nuvolari in the dominant Auto Union D-Type at the 1938 Donington GP.

It is part of a now sold out edition of 500 artist signed paper prints which measure over 3 feet wide (37×22″ / 94x56cm).

1939 Auto-Union victory poster reprint.

This reprint was published in 1982 and commemorates the 1939 French GP victory at the hands of Hermann Mueller.

The poster measures 19.5×27.5″ and is in very good condition but with minor wrinkling to the top left.

This is a candid shot of the smiling factory drivers Tazio Nuvolari, Hermann Paul Muller, Georg “Schorsch” Meier, Ulrich Bigalke & Rudolf Hasse.

It is a modern reprint of a period photo measuring 4×6″ / 10c15cm , but with an original signature by Meier.
