1948 San Remo Grand Prix poster

This rare vintage original measures over 3 feet tall (39.5 x 27.5” / 100 x 70cm). It has been linen mounted and is in very good condition but with some minor restoration. The artwork by Mario Puppo (1905 – 1977) features a stylized red GP car (likely a Ferrari or Maserati) exploding through the image.

The 1948 San Remo Grand Prix was a non-Championship voiturette motor race held on 27 June 1948 at the Autodromo di Ospadaletti, in Sanremo Italy. It was the 8th race of the 1948 Grand Prix season. The event was won by Alberto Ascari in a Maserati 4CLT/48, starting from pole position. Luigi Villoresi finished second in a Maserati 4CLT/48 and Clemar Bucci rouned out third in a Maserati 4CL 1502.

This was Alberto Ascari’s very first Grand Prix win!

This large vintage original poster measures about 4 feet tall (31×47″ / 79x119cm + border) and features stunning artwork by Robert Falcucci. The art depicts a stylized red Alfa Romeo followed by a blue Bugatti speeding around a precarious Riviera-side corner. This poster is in very fine condition and professionally linen mounted.

While all of the 1930s-era Monaco GP posters are hard to find, the 1932 is the rarest one (considering there are no 1931s circulating).

First through third place that year was swept up by Italy, with Tazio Nuvolari in his Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza leading the pack followed by Caracciola (Alfa 8c) and Fagioli (Maserati 8C).

This is very expensive, and is of course accompanied by our lifetime certificate. (x0xx) (xK24Ux)

1936 Maserati full range brochure

This is the earliest original Maserati full range catalog! It illustrates the entire production range including competition models. There are no photos – rather drawings, as at the time the bodies were custom ordered by clients.

The brochure has two hard covers and 32 pages (16 sheets) bound with a metallic spiral, measuring 24x17cm / 9.5×7″ closed. The cover has a metallic layer (aluminum?) which has oxidized a bit. The inside pages are printed on a single side.

The following cars are illustrated:

Type 4 CM 1100 cc. Record

Type 4CM 1100 cc. Monoposto

4CS Sport 1100 cc. Mille Miglia

4 CS 1000 cc. Spider Sport

4 CS 1500 cc. Sport

4 CS 1500-2000 cc. Grand Sport / Grand Sport Sedan

4 CS 1500-2000 cc. Torpedo Sport

8CS 2500-3000 cc. Grand Sport Sedan

8 CS 2500-3000 cc.

8CM 3000 cc. Monoposto

8 CM 3000 cc. Monoposto G.P. 34-36

Each picture is separated by an onion skin page.

This is an incredibly rare brochure and a must have for anyone that covets Maserati or has one of the cars featured inside. (GMMC) (x2xx)

This incredible large scale replica was hand built in the US by Ron Phillips in a tiny edition of just 15 units, which sold out immediately in 1992/3.

The three foot long (37″ / 94cm) 35 lbs / 16kg all metal model is very detailed, and fully operable by remote control, capable of speeds up to 80 mph! Inside it possesses a modified R/C helicopter engine. The replica is in fine overall condition for its 30 year old age, but with a windscreen that has crazed over time and some minor handling wear.
