1/8 1924 Bugatti Type 35
This is a large fantastic scratch built and fully articulated model of the famous blue Bugatti T35 that campaigned at the 1924 French GP. Very few of these miniatures were hand built in France in the late 1970s and 1980s by J. P. Fontenelle and then later for Art Collection Auto.
It is constructed entirely from metal, brass, rubber and aluminum from over 800 individual parts, and no glue has been used. Our model has also been signed underneath by the builder J.P. Fontenelle.
- The gorgeous replica measures 19″ / 48cm long and 7.5″ wide, and weighs about 12 lbs. It is in very good condition with only a slight patina from age. Please note these images were shot with a camera flash and the actual blue is darker. (xx1x) (NICN23)
