1953 Carrera Panamericana Mexico original event poster.
This rare original event poster was published for the 4th running of this famous event, which was won by Juan Manuel Fangio in his Lancia D24. This is one of two styles of posters published for the event, and it shows a stylized F1 car speeding. The poster is in fine condition but with some handling wear to the edges that has been minimized by the linen mounting. It measures over 3 feet tall (37×26.5″).
Scuderia Lancia swept the top three positions. Race Results –
