1958 – 1959 Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage manual
This rare original factory booklet has a black thick paper cover with gold printed trident logo. It’s printed in Italian, and includes 6 numbered pages with technical data, annotated ‘7-12-58-300′ (printed in 1958). Included inside is a 2 page addition of technical data – one page has engine related data (increased cubic inch on the 61E) plus a foldout of transmission ratios. These addendum pages are annotated ’20-4-1959’ (the addition was printed in 1959), so the manual is 8 pages total.
- As far as we know this is the only Birdcage manual that was printed for the early 4 cylinder cars, there was none specific to the Tipo 60 so you can use it for that car as well. This is a very expensive but necessary addition to your car. (xK11Ux)
