1952 Monaco GP poster
This rare vintage original poster is in good condition and linen mounted. It has some touch ups and restoration made to the various minor tears, creases and small losses at the edges that occurred from display and handling over the decades. The poster measures about 4 feet tall (31×47″ / 79x119cm + border) and the artwork by Bernard Minne shows a stylized Ferrari – likely a 225 Sport – the same car that won the race.
The race was won by Vittorio Marzotto in Ferrari 225S (s/n 0154ED) followed by four other Ferraris in the top spots. Other cars that campaigned at this non-championship event were the Aston Martin DB3, Jaguar C-Type, Pegaso Z-102 and the Allard J2X.
