1937 Mercedes 540K catalog.
This is a rare original catalog for the type 540 K, 18 pages long + 2 inner cover pages + 4 1/3 pages (inserts) and printed in May/37.
This German language brochure has wear to the covers but the inner pages are in good condition. It has lost its spiral binding and as such there is tape to the spine and to some of the inner pages holding them in place. There are some lovely color renditions inside – illustrations and photos – and it lists the various types of coachwork. The print code is 6843 II. 537. W.
- Approximately 300 540Ks were built – imagine how few of these brochures are left today?
