This assortment includes –
- An official 5.5×9″ letter signed by event director Renzo Castagneto on Mille Miglia letterhead
- A second letter to the president of the Automobile Club of Rovigo on Mille Miglia letterhead and signed by the director Renzo Castagneto measuring 8.5x 11″
- An 8×12″ typewritten sheet of news/revisions (?) which mentions an Alfa Romeo 1900 TI
The 1953 race was won by Giannino Marzotto & M. Crosara in Ferrari 340MM Spyder s/n 0280AM (340 MM). Second place was Fangio/Sala in the Alfa Romeo 6C 3000M & third was Bonetto/Peruzzi in a Lancia D20.
