1963 – 1964 Jim Clark race suit
This two piece original Les Leston suit was race worn by Jim in 1963, when he drove the Lotus 25 and won the Championship, and then again in 1964. The light blue suit shows great signs of wear, especially to the cuffs and collar, and bears the BRDC and Dunlop logos. The inside collar tag is marked JIMMY in faded pen.
- This suit was originally the property of Jim Endruweit, a former Clark/Lotus chief mechanic, and is of course accompanied by our lifetime certificate.
The last image shows Clark talking to Endruweit and Chapman at the 1963 German GP.
