Description
1982 San Marino GP at Imola postcard signed by Gilles.
The 4×6″ postcard shows Gilles Villeneuve in casual clothes at the Autodromo Dino Ferrari in April, 1982. It has been hand signed by Gilles in ball point pen. The card is in near mint condition with a small 1/4″ fold to top right corner. The track layout is printed on the back. This is a rare signature as 1982 Imola GP was Gilles’ final full race.
Gilles placed 3rd in the Ferrari 126 C2 Turbo here and was killed just a few weeks later at Zolder.
