1989 Sauber C9 Mercedes front clip
This gorgeous original complete front nose section is from a raced Sauber C9 – the very same car that won 1989 Le Mans. It measures 38 x 71 x 25″ / 96 x 180 x 63cm (DxWxH) and is relatively light.
This piece was discovered in ‘shunted’ condition, with damage to the front (wooden) spoiler that was repaired. It was most likely raced in 1989 and then again at Suzuka in 1990 where it wore the #1.
A new #1 sticker was also applied over the original ratty one. Otherwise it is in ‘as raced’ superb condition. We also have a #63 sticker you can put over the #1 in case you want to emulate the Le Mans winning car.
