This hyper-rare original helmet is 1 of just 4 made by Bell for Ayrton in his final season!
It was used at the 1994 Brazilian GP and then taken as a spare to Imola, his final race, where the ‘double S’ logos were added to the sides. This is the only proper 1994 race helmet available in the world. Just 3 of the 4 remain as the one he was killed in was destroyed.
We have sold the test one, the Senna family has the one from Aida, and neither of these two will ever be for sale. The one used at Imola has been destroyed by the Italian authorities. Therefore, this is the only proper 1994 race helmet. It is complete with a letter of authenticity from Bell Racing – plus our lifetime certificate.
