1968 24 Hours of Daytona poster
This original event poster features artwork by Leslie Rimback showing the Howmet TX leading the following cars –
- Ferrari 330P4
- Porsche 907
- Mercury Cougar
- Chevrolet Camaro
- Ford Mustang
- Alfa Romeo T33
- Porsche 911
It is in good condition but with minor wrinkling to the top border and period tack holes in each corner, and measures 22.5 x 17″ / 57x43cm.
- The 1968 race is famous for the 1-2-3 finish by the Porsche team with the 907 longtails driven by Vic Elford, Jochen Neerpasch, Rolf Stommelen, Jo Siffert, Hans Herrmann, Jo Schlesser, and Joe Buzzetta.
