1970 McQueen Drives Porsche original factory poster
This is the rarest and most desirable Porsche poster from the 1970s. It shows Steve McQueen with the Porsche 908 and lists 3 victories from 1970 including Sebring 12 hr., Holtville & Phoenix. The vintage original poster measures 30×40″ / 76×102 cm and is in very good condition and professionally linen mounted. It was printed in Germany in May of 1970, and is of course accompanied by our lifetime certificate.
We have had several of these over the years, but they are getting harder to find and are constantly appreciating in value. It is understood that Porsche produced this poster without getting the official license from McQueen’s people, and as such many of the posters were destroyed and/or recalled from circulation. Exact production numbers are not known but it is quite rare and as with all McQueen related items, highly sought after.
