1933 Enzo Ferrari signed photo
This is a rare original 4×7″ / 10x18cm black and white photo of a young Enzo at age 35 in Monza wearing a shirt and tie. It has been hand signed by Enzo Ferrari and inscribed in non-traditional but early blue ink – Al “Littoriale” con mi cordialita – Vostra, Ferrari.
Il Littoriale was an old sporting magazine in Bologna with whom Enzo had a love/hate relationship. This is a very early signature with a typical large F in a big bow shape. It is one of the earliest known Enzo autographs from his Alfa Romeo / Scuderia Ferrari days. The photo is dated on the back ’12-33′ and comes with the album page it was kept in which is marked – Dic.1933 Anno X1.
