Description
1957 Monaco GP poster
This vintage original is linen mounted and in very good condition. It is large, measuring 4 feet tall (31×47″ / 79x119cm). The artwork by J. Ramel shows a stylized Lancia Ferrari D50 being chased with the Principality in the background.
- The race was won by Juan Manuel Fangio in the Maserati 250F (s/n 2528) followed by Tony Brooks in the Vanwall and Masten Gregory in the 250F.
This early poster is one of two artistic versions done for the 1957 calendar year.
