1912 Le Mans poster
This vintage original for the ‘Grand Prix de France, 1912’ was for the very first event run at Circuit Du Mans. This early piece is incredibly rare and in very good condition on linen, and still bears its original tax stamp. It is quite large measuring over 3 feet tall (39.25 x 55″) and features art by E. Guillaume of a speeding Mercedes (Peugeot?) and Fiat racers. The event was won by a Jules Goux in a Peugeot L-76.
